Only cinema I go too now. Amazing staff like nowhere else and not overpriced, has a bar and just so relaxed. Much better than expensive overpriced cinemas charging you for the extra Nutella machine they may provide...
Went there with my friend to redeem our free cinema tickets from Sweet Sundays and it was great. Great atmosphere in the cinema

Exclusive lounge area with private bar and restaurant. First class service from being greeted at the top of the glam mirrored stairs to the end of the movie. The staff and butlers are very friendly, informative and helpful #Thankyou I doubt I will attend another cinema ever again... The meals are wonderful and well presented. The sofas and reclining seats are very spacious and comfortable. (Tip for women - the ladies bathroom is very glam, perfect for the standard bathroom selfie pic;)

We love this place - our favorite in London. Food is delicious and they have the best Burger in town.
Not bad given it's clean, the service was quick and the place is not crowded at all. The only downside I found is that you have to look up to the screen. I think it might be uncomfortable for some people.

All the plays I've seen so far there have been top quality and the staff are super nice. I've never been told off for having my drink on the ledge in such a polite manner in my life! Also easy access from central london on tube and right next to the tube station. Bar is open to public so check it out. It's in a cool underground space and has decent prices.
Great to go back to watch a new writing play. The restaurant looks always lively but I have never had a proper diner there so I can't comment. Great venue for a drink. Also there is a small book shop to buy Royal Court plays

I went to BAFTA for an ACM Siggragh 2017 Event and I love the space. Very well organized and on time. The theater room is also very confortable. I really recommend this beautiful house :)
Private club for members of film, TV, and gaming industries. Good bar, great theatre, decent food.

I've been coming to this place for about a year now since Cineworld took it over from Empire. Staff have always been friendly and helpful and the cinemas are clean and well kept. I have to comment on their gate host Brian. Brian is probably the most helpful and accommodating host I have ever experienced at a cinema . He is kind and provides useful information. He genuinely wants to help customers out and I can't help but feel appreciated when he greets us. Management should be commended for identifying him as a people person. I have talked about Brian's kindness with several of my friends that frequent this location and we all confirmed that Brian has so much to do with our amazing experiences at this location. Congrats Cineworld and keep up the great work Brian. We will keep coming back!
Foyer and snack bar areas are a bit dated, but the seats are comfortable in the auditoriums. Screens are good, great sound. Just make sure you don't sit close to the screen and at the side when you're in the super screen or IMAX - it really does affect your enjoyment of the film if you're having to crane your neck to see.
